We offer both Depot Repair and On-Site Repair services. Our technicians are factory trained and dedicated to customer service. Why pay high repair rates and long lead-times from your OEM when you can save time, money, with a Trident Computer hassle-free repair? With our technical experts and vast inventory we can support you long after OEM warranties have expired. Some of the legacy printers and computers we support are almost 40 years old!
Depot Repair Options
- Time & Materials - This option is for Labor plus Parts.
- Fixed Price Repair - This option assures you of a constant price regardless of repairs performed.
- Fixed Price Repair and Complete Refurbishment - This option is available if you need your equipment not only repaired but completely refurbished, possibly for installation at a new site.
- Advance Exchange - This option is available for selected units where time is of the essence. After you receive our replacement unit, all you need to do is pack your defective equipment in the same box and return to us. An RMA will be included with your shipment - it's that simple.
On-Site Options
We offer on-site service on a local basis with our own technical personnel. For our customers that live out of state, we offer excellent 3rd party support.
Repair Process
- An RMA number will be issued to the Customer by Trident prior to shipment.
- Upon arrival at Trident, the unit will be inspected and customer configuration settings noted.
- Unit is then moved to repair area where malfunctions are quickly diagnosed.
- Your unit will then be repaired, with faulty item(s) being repaired or replaced. If the repair item is out-of-scope, the customer will be contacted with additional charges for approval prior to the additional repair.
- After repair, the unit will be cleaned, final-tested and re-configured to particular customer specifications.
- The unit will be then be foam-packed and shipped to customer site - domestic or international.

Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 5 business days. Expedited services are also available.
